Ontario Immigration

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is the province’s economic immigration initiative. It operates in collaboration with the Government of Canada through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Skilled foreign workers, international students, and other eligible candidates can apply to the OINP for a provincial nomination.
The OINP identifies and nominates individuals for permanent residence who possess the skills and experience needed by Ontario’s economy. The Government of Canada ultimately approves applications for permanent residence.

For additional pathways to immigrate to Ontario, visit the Government of Canada’s website.
